OK so alot has changed these past 29 weeks. I have started streaming and building a streaming setup.
Returned to work although it has had its ups and down. To think when you work for one of the largest mental health trusts they would be more interested in you rather than fobbing you off
None the less my anxiety has dropped substantially over the last 6weeks.
Medication is keeping me on a good level and keeping myself busy with streaming has helped too

Who am I ? Hi My names CkayzDj its a Mixture of Carl and my DJ name DJ kz3e {pronounced KAY-ZEE} Why am I here ? I want to raise awareness for mental health sufferers like myself I have had loads of inspiration from some of the Streamers I follow. I know I'm not anywhere on there scale nor in the top 10 list. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from a work related accident that really knocked my confidence. from the days of being able to sell ice to the Eskimo's being able to talk my way out of problems having as they say not a care in the world. to practically now triple checking if I have took the tea bag out of a cup of tea or locked my front door or not crashed my car on route to work. I have struggled on and off over the last year with my illness and I couldn't source funding to assist me with the help I needed. this got me thinking that I'm not the only one mines probs only on the mild scale compared to others. so I want to help.. I may not be the best player gone are the days of head shots with a boltok pistol on Gears of war. or the 10th prestige mess about on call of duty. I play for fun I have a family I cant stream 24/7 unless of course this actually takes off and then I could stream longer and more often. What do I play ? So I play multi genre of games I'm going to set up various stream polls asking you guys and gals what you would like to see me play. whether it be multiplayer online modes or simple walkthrough's. What Do I Use ? ok so I'm currently using a Hauppauge Pvr2 Capture card linked to my Ps4 running SLOBS via OBS on a 6 year old ASUS i7 laptop running windows 7 as I prefer being able to use most of my 8gb memory. I also have a use of Xbox one Xbox 360 Nintendo switch origin account last game played and supported was Battlefront 4 Steam Account the latest game I played that was supported was call of duty Ghosts. although I can run saints row 3, Rage, and Crisis 2 on highest settings. thus giving me some Choice of PC games to stream. so theirs a little bit about my upcoming journey please like share and help us to raise awareness for the silent sufferers of Mental health..
